The psychological burdens on students have increased in recent years, as evidenced by several studies and surveys.

In response to this concerning trend, TK, in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), has developed and tested a unique stress management concept for students.

The "TK Mental Strategies" training is characterized by its strong practical relevance and is specifically tailored to the everyday life of students.

This provides students with helpful strategies to cope with the inevitable stress of studying in a healthy and constructive manner—skills that are also essential in professional life.

Between exams, term papers, lectures, and part-time jobs, it can often be quite challenging to keep a cool head. How can you meet the demands of your studies while still maintaining balance?

Fortunately, we can learn to deal with stressful and nerve-wracking situations more calmly, confidently, and healthily. With the "TK Mental Strategies" seminar, Techniker has developed a stress training specifically for students. It includes both short-term and long-term strategies that participants can use to maintain a reasonable balance in the face of demands placed on them.

You will learn various methods of stress and time management and receive tips on how to make your studies less stressful.

Students receive 4 ECTS credits for the seminar.
