The NFDI4BIOIMAGE consortium and the I3D:bio project will jointly offer a 1-hour workshop on research data management for bioimaging at this year's GBM Compact Symposium on Sept. 26th and 27th in Frankfurt. Join us and register for the GBM Compact Sympsoium through the GBM website.

The Gesellschaft für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie (GBM) will host the GBM Compact Symposium in Frankfurt on Sept. 26th and 27th.

Jointly organized by NFDI4BIOIMAGE and the I3D:bio project, we will present a workshop about research data management for bioimaging data.

  • Introduction to BioImaging Research Data Management, NFDI4BIOIMAGE and I3D:bio (Christian Schmidt, DKFZ Heidelberg)
  • OMERO as a tool for bioimaging data management (Tom Boissonnet, Heinrich-Heine Universität Düsseldorf)
  • Reproducible image analysis workflows with OMERO software APIs (Michele Bortolomeazzi, DKFZ Heidelberg)
  • Publishing datasets in public archives for bioimage data (Ksenia Krooß, Heinrich-Heine Universität Düsseldorf)
