With the new Erasmus+ programme generation, several new programme lines have been introduced, such as the "Blended Intensive Programmes" (BIPs).
BIPs are seminars developed and jointly offered by at least 3 European universities, consisting of a compulsory virtual learning element and a short in-class seminar phase of 5-30 days.
Erasmus+ offers mobility grants for mobile participants of such BIPs, most importantly it provides organisational support funds to plan and implement such a seminar. The funding logic is rather complex and it is important to be aware of the pitfalls when planning such a project, hence we would like to provide you with information on:
- the programme line and its funding logic,
- the application process for organisational support funding at the University for Konstanz, and
- good practice when planning a BIP (based on the experience of projects carried out in Faculty 2 so far).
The hybrid info session will take on 7 November 2024, 3:15-4:15 pm, place in room H 305 and online in Zoom:

We offer this info meeting in English. If you plan to participate in the meeting, we would be grateful if you could get in touch with us beforehand and let us know wheether or not you are actually planning to apply for funding for organisational support and/or whether you are planning to participate in a BIP that will take place at another university (please email erasmus@uni-konstanz.de or erasmus.humanities@uni-konstanz.de).
